About the Role

Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a calm, structured environment and want to be part of a team that truly changes lives? We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide overnight support to two young men with complex autism, living independently in their own homes—right next door to each other.

About the People We Support
  • Very active – they walk up to 7 miles a day, go to the gym, swim, trampoline, and horse ride weekly.
  • Creative and social – they enjoy Nintendo, YouTube, music, drawing, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
  • Routine‑driven – structure, boundaries, and positive reinforcement are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing support during the day with anything that the young men need some extra help with
  • Ensuring a safe, calm environment
  • Supporting with personal care, medication, and household tasks
  • Maintaining clear boundaries and routines
  • Working as part of a team that values resilience, compassion, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with complex autism is essential
  • Physically fit and emotionally resilient
  • Able to maintain strong boundaries and follow structured routines
  • A calm, observant, and supportive presence during the night
Shifts & Contracts
  • Day Shifts: 8am - 10pm and sleepovers – must be flexible to work different days
  • Contracts: Part‑time contract available - 26 hours per week
