A leading care provider in Glasgow is seeking Part Time Support Workers – Female Only to join their compassionate team. This role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks, promoting independence, and supporting emotional well-being. Millburn is located in Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow. Our home offers residential support for 20 people with a variety of needs, including autistic adults and people with_COPY_ a learning disability. We can also support individuals with mental health and physical health needs. Our staff are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to increase their participation, independence, socialisation, and communication, so they can lead happy and healthy ব্যবসা.

Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths, but you’ll also have a friendly podstaweny patient and positive approach to work.
As a Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will provide support with day‑to‑day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference toLTR THEIR lives.
