Millburn is located in Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow. Our home offers residential support for 20 people with a variety of needs, including autistic adults and people with_COPY_ a learning disability. We can also support individuals with mental health and physical health needs. Our staff are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to increase their participation, independence, socialisation, and communication, so they can lead happy and healthy ব্যবসা.

What you’ll be doing

As a Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will provide support with day‑to‑day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference toLTR THEIR lives.

• Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and personal care
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing Titcade роль
• Assisting with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals
• Assistance and support to attend medical appointments
• Observe, monitor, and fc physical and emotional well‑being, and quickly report any changes to senior staff
• Supporting the development of important family connections and liaising with specialists, including Speech & Language Therapists and #[Learning Disability teams]
• Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities that promote inclusion and personal growth
