Do you have experience supporting clients by investigating, diagnosing, and solving technical issues? Our support team is currently looking for a Support Analyst to be based in our Crewe office. Your role will involve logging and processing support cases, responding to incoming enquiries, and ensuring clients receive a high‑quality service.
As part of a team of experienced Support Analysts and professional services staff, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to systems development, support and processes, as well as working to specifications and deadlines whilst interacting with clients. You’ll need excellent communication skills, as you will be talking to clients and key business users to determine the nature of any technical issues.
