THG Manufacturing at the Omega site in Warrington is a key part of THG’s UK operations, combining state‑of‑the‑art production, distribution and logistics in one of the region’s largest business park campuses. The facility supports the manufacture, storage and dispatch of a wide range of health, nutrition and beauty products – from sports nutrition powders and supplements to related consumer goods – for customers in the UK and over 200 countries worldwide. Purpose‑built with advanced production and automation systems, the Warrington site plays a vital role in THG’s end‑to‑end supply chain, helping ensure high quality, efficient fulfilment and growth for the business’s global brands.

As a Supply Scheduling Planner you will:
  • Schedule and prioritise daily supplier deliveries into the warehouse based on stock availability, sales priorities, and capacity constraints.
  • Partner closely with warehouse management to review weekly inbound plans and create long‑term inbound forecasts for capacity planning.
  • Act as a central point of contact across Finance, Operations, Suppliers, and the wider Supply team to manage receipt processes and proactively reduce PO and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery accuracy, inbound efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Review, investigate, and help resolve delivery and invoicing discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory and supplier performance records.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence using Excel; SQL experience is a bonus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience or interest in supply chain, operations, or commercial environments (desirable).
  • An understanding of ecommerce and fast‑moving consumer environments (desirable).
