Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in the Supplier Support team.
  • Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to supplier customers.
  • Accurately log and maintain records on the CRM system.
  • Provide first line support for various customer enquiries.
  • Work together as part of the Operations team to achieve KPIs.
