Basic Salary £32.495 per annum Plus Bonus

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a small team in one of our in-store departments
• Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently
• Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success

Visual Merchandising

• Support in delivering meticulous store presentation and implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

Sales and Operations

• Be fundamental in achieving results and driving store performance to its maximum potential
• Lead the team to ensure they follow best practices to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge

Your development
