The role offers you the opportunity to support and learn how the further education sector works, working with many different subject areas facilitating and advocating for the students and offering personalised support and coaching for SEND students.

What the role entails

To provide learning support to students as appropriate, to enable them to fulfil their potential to achieve e.g. clarifying content, making simple notes, differentiating materials, improving their ability to manage their own learning needs.

What we are looking for

You will have a desire to work with young people with SEND needs and have strong administrative and organisational skills. You will be educated to a minimum Maths & English at Grade 4/Grade C.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised and able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure, is able to communicate well with people of all ages and from all backgrounds, can demonstrate a positive and inclusive manner and is solution focused.
