An educational institution in Epsom is seeking an energetic individual to drive student engagement and welfare. Main Duties/responsibilities:
Nescot is graded ‘Good’ by Ofstedfollowing its latest inspection in January 2023. The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed”, and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are “effective” with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place “an effective policy for safer recruitment.”

This role is employed through Nescot Enterprises Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nescot which operates different terms and conditions.
£22,905 to £24,884 (with effect from 1st April 2026) (salary adjusted due to starting part way through academic year)
