Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Council's performance strategy and reporting.
• Experience of working in strategy and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support effective performance management activities.
• Coordinate and implement Directorate and Service Plans.
• Produce high-quality management and committee performance reports.
• Deliver timely performance updates and insights.
• Support and maintain performance management systems.
• Assist with responses to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.
