• Run a location with a history of people moving on to Cluster or Regional roles
• Manage a flagship store with development opportunities and training for becoming a great Store Manager
• Participate in the Global Future Lovisa Leader program
• Lead a store to achieve sales targets with strong ethics
• Develop an internal succession plan for when you are ready to take the next step up
• Provide top-notch leadership to your team and ensure excellent customer experiences
• Support the store in daily operations and drive performance
