Are you ready to take on a leadership role that drives operational excellence and ensures stock integrity across multiple contracts? Do you have experience managing inventory processes and leading teams in a fast-paced environment? If you’re looking for a role that offers challenge, variety, and the chance to make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Stock & Systems Manager to join our team, operating across the P&I portfolio. You’ll be responsible for improving processes, managing stock control metrics, and acting as an independent reviewer of inventory management practices to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are met.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours of work, any 5 from 7 days (08:00 – 16:00)

We’re offering a salary of £45,000 per annum, plus 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays), a company pension scheme, and access to an employee discount platform covering retail, tech, travel and more. What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Ensure stock integrity and manage related KPIs across multiple contracts
  • Develop best practice and standardisation of control processes with operational teams
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead stock-related performance improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and audit governance
  • Analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Proven experience managing inventory and systems operations in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong ERP & WMS knowledge, including implementation, and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
  • Expertise in stock control, replenishment planning, and high SKU management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
