Overview

Job Title: Steward/Customer Service Assistant

Requisition #: 609192

Location: Fort George, Inverness, IV2 7TD

Positions Available: 2 Permanent

Working Pattern: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 4

Shifts: Rotating between 06:30–14:00, 11:00–18:30, and 13:30–21:00

Hourly Rate: £12.21

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing table service of meals to officers and sergeants.
  • Light housekeeping and general cleanliness of mess areas.
  • Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen duties.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Officers’ and Sergeants’ Messes.
  • Participating in occasional special functions or events.
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern, including some weekends.
  • Reliability and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
