A leading healthcare charity is seeking a Staff Nurse for Pre Assessment at their Woking Hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality care, assessing patients prior to surgery, and ensuring engagement with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be registered nurses with relevant experience and skills in effective communication and teamwork. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package including gym membership and health assessments.

Pre Assessment Experience (6 months)
Ability to role model

Able to engage key stake holders
Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service, engaging key stake holders and patients

As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery in line with local and national polices and processes
Key understanding of latest best practise around pre assessment process and pathways, leading to a safe and effective patient experience
Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family and engaging them in their pathways and decision.
Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities, driving peer and self-reflective processes and continuous practice development.
Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
