  • Application Design & Maintenance: Design, configure, and maintain critical Partnerships applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business goals alignment.
  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct proactive in‑depth analysis of Partnerships processes and data to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved data quality, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art AI‑driven solutions.
  • Solution Collaboration & Deployment: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy custom solutions, integrations, and reports, providing actionable insights to Partnerships teams.
  • Test Plan Development & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive UAT / test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of new features and integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Partnerships technology, continuously seeking ways for AI‑driven innovation and improve the existing technology stack.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity, specifically supporting Partnerships teams.
  • Proven expertise and experience in owning, administering, integrating, and optimizing enterprise business applications such as Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM and Partner Portal), Crossbeam, Tray.ai, etc.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Partnerships business processes, including partner lead creation, partner lead to qualified lead conversion, partner sourced/influenced opportunities, partner onboarding and tier progression requirements, and partner‑led onboarding.
  • Proven experience in delivering business value via AI‑driven automation initiatives for Sales/Partnerships business functions.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non‑technical business audience, and business concepts to a technical audience.
  • A proactive, data‑driven and results‑oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as well as project management tools, e.g. Jira.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve break‑fix issues within various platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Crossbeam, and Tray.ai.
