Community Integrated Care is hiring Specialist Advanced Support Workers for a new service in the Warrington area. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD, and complex needs to live their best life possible. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and skilled support workers to take the next step.
Join a Specialist Team and empower a young man in his new home (Burtonwood, Warrington). You will be a passionate and skilled Advanced Support Worker, supporting a young man as he begins a new chapter and fostering his independence and daily life. You will work to build independence, meaningful relationships, and promote the person’s happiness and well-being. The role can include day shifts (8am–8pm) and night shifts (8pm–8am). You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team and will see the direct results of your efforts in promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and physical health. If you do not have a qualification, relevant experience in social care is acceptable. You will be able to communicate effectively to support the person to live independently and be committed to development through specialist training, including Positive Behaviour Support methods.
