Job description

We are looking for a dedicatedSpaCleanerto join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park, located in Newbury, West Berkshire.

Our 55‑bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who can work the core hours of 5pm to 10pm Tuesday to Saturday. We are happy to consider support and flexibility where we can, for the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our Spa and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and look immaculate.
  • Have an eye for detail, and proactively ensure our soft furnishings of lamps, sofas, cushions are well presented.
  • Report into the Spa Manager on the day to day, to agree on public areas which need love and attention.
  • Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Health and Safety are followed.
