Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside and support the Head Chef and management team.
  • Execute company-defined menus and recipes.
  • Manage staff rosters and allocate work tasks.
  • Lead training and development of the culinary team.
  • Order food, manage stock control and ensure proper storage of food stocks.
  • Provide high-quality food and service with a genuine desire to delight guests.
  • Maintain high operational and personal hygiene and presentation standards at all times.
  • Comply with all food safety, fire, health and safety, licensing and employment laws.
