Social Worker within Adults Transitions Team in Knowsley UK earning £32.07 hourly.

This ongoing role is a splendid chance for a skilled Social Worker to make a difference. With office-based days on Tuesday and Friday and a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you will be working within the dynamic Adults Transitions Team. Based in Knowsley, you will be instrumental in supporting young individuals transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, specifically from ages 14 to 25, by planning and conducting comprehensive Care Act assessments and ensuring continued support from age 18 onwards.
