  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm
  • £13.23 - £16.50 per hour

As a Site Technical Admin with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
  • Support technical teams with compliance and administration
  • Act as the go-to for technical admin processes
  • Maintain compliance records, audits, and action logs
  • Manage contractor and supplier administration, including POs
  • Track financial, asset, training, and maintenance data
  • Liaise with helpdesk and stakeholders to manage work orders
  • Provide professional administrative and communication support
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Basic experience or understanding of building and facilities engineering
  • Exposure to a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and compliance focus
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
