We’re looking for an energetic, customer‑focused sales professional to lead our showroom and grow business.

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. You’ll build rapport, create trusted relationships, and ensure we deliver on our promises while enjoying a inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, putting customers’ needs at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues to cross‑sell and build trade customer relationships.
  • Promote the showroom locally and apply creative marketing so the community knows we’re there.
  • Strive to make the showroom the best, anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
  • Bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn; prior sales experience is desirable but not essential.
