A leading surfacing contractor in the UK is seeking a SHEQ Manager to oversee the strategy and continuous improvement of their SHEQ department. This role involves supporting the Managing Director, managing SHEQ standards and improving safety culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma and extensive experience in SHEQ roles, ensuring the safety and health of all employees while meeting industry compliance standards. Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of operational and functional experience in a SHEQ role.
  • Experience in developing SHEQ strategies and managing teams.
  • Ability to promote health and safety in the workplace.

  • Manage SHEQ for the business and team.
  • Evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
