A leading furniture retailer in Greater London is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring product knowledge, assisting customers, and providing service excellence. The ideal candidate has previous customer-facing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This part-time role offers 33 days of holiday, enhanced family leave, and a welcoming workplace culture.
