Marshall Salisbury is looking for a Service Technician.

Your role

At Marshall BMW Salisbury, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. Whether you’re already an expert or developing your craft, we’ll support your growth with state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly team and manufacturer training that keeps you on top of your game.

In this role:

  • You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
  • You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
  • You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
Your profile
  • Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
  • Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
  • Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
  • Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
