Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum standard Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Ideally experienced in Supported Living or Residential service.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the local team.
• Report safeguarding concerns regarding vulnerable individuals.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and service users.
