This is a role for someone who has the drive to change lives through high-quality, collaborative support.You’ll lead and line manage a team of skilled Specialist Navigators, supporting them to deliver meaningful, person-centred interventions that help young people find safety, stability and hope. Working at the heart of a dynamic homelessness partnership, you’ll build strong relationships with local authorities, housing providers, health services and other key agencies to ensure young people get the right support at the right time.This role demands commitment, resilience and strong leadership.
