Service Coordinator – Glasgow

Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Updating internal systems on receipt of customer orders and insurance works.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers via email and telephone to agree suitable dates for works.
  • Ordering materials as required and supporting company technicians with any technical queries.
  • Managing inbound materials, collating, and arranging their distribution to in‑house engineers and subcontractors.
  • Closing repairs and ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
  • Managing the live order book, forecasting production, and providing accurate reporting to the management team.
  • Managing and guiding customer expectations on the company’s services.
  • Supporting the regional office service administration functions, including the call centre.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, building effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Confidence and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), databases, and online portals, working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, organised, and able to meet demanding deadlines.
