• Maintain KPIs and targets as a Technician.
• Maintain standards of the Service Centre.
• Provide support to colleagues and customers.
• Assist Service Centre Manager with stock management.
• Manage the Service Centre during absences of the Manager.
• Provide operational feedback to management teams.
• Communicate effectively with Technicians and Managers.
• Ensure adherence to H&S standards.
• Control and replenish consumable stocks.
• Arrange collection of waste.
