What you will doWe have a vacancy for a Service Administrator for the APT Skidata business based in Hemel Hempstead (HP2). This supports the business by providing support on Administration success in this role will be enabling the business to operate efficiently. You will also:

  • Answering incoming calls from clients, engineers and colleagues
  • Working with our system (IFS) to log, investigate and dispatch engineers
  • Gain customer purchase orders as required for works /contracts.
  • Other business functions including Invoicing, Customer Quotes, Portal Management, Procurement and Part/Order management.
What we are looking for
  • Positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Office based minimum 4 days per week
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills: Excel, Outlook especially
  • Willingness to learn and develop personal skills
