Theatre Nurse Practitioner – Scrub (RGN / ODP)

Up to £38,500.00 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you’ll be focused, detail‑oriented and empathetic with great communication skills. You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post‑registration experience in scrub roles ideally within orthopaedics, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
• Provide high‑quality peri-operative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
• Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training

Qualifications & Experience

Registered with the relevant governing body (NMC or HCPC). Post‑registration experience in scrub roles, ideally within orthopaedics, is preferred.
