A leading care provider in Northampton is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their Wellington Support team. This role involves assessing individual support needs, developing service quality, and managing a team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care and have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities. Salary £12.71 per hour (£24,784 per annum)

At Wellington support we have been working closely with local authorities, and we are thrilled to welcome you to our BRAND-NEW purpose built bespoke Supported Living Service. It delivers supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Apartments have been carefully configured to meet a variety of needs to support people now and in the future. Our supported living service provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for people with complex needs who want to live independently with personalised care designed for their needs.
We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Wellington Support.

As a Senior Support Worker, your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess people's support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
