Job Description

The Senior Resource Manager for the EMEA region holds a vital position, overseeing Technical Services Resource Management, Capacity Planning, and Headcount Planning. We need a leader for the RMO function who can not only manage current operations but also drive the transformation of the RMO into a proactive, business-enabling function through process, data, and reporting improvements. In your role, you will collaborate with Technical Services Business Leaders, RMO, Operations, Finance, and Contingent Workforce Teams to guarantee that Technical Services possess the necessary resources and capacity to meet current and future demand.

Your Impact
  • Capacity Planning & Forecasting – Own the resourcing model, aligned to pipeline and bookings; partnering with Services Sales and PMO to optimize the allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Stakeholder Interlock – Collaborate with Technical Services Leaders, Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business model, resource management strategies and address resource-related issues, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Resource Optimization – Development and implementation of solutions focused on planning, forecasting resource needs and monitoring resources utilization to ensure the accuracy of resource availability.
  • RMO Governance – responsible for providing stakeholders with analytics and business insights that support leaders in making quick business decisions. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to accelerate revenue and maximize margin.
  • Skills Inventory Management – responsible for ensuring skills are maintained and updated in the PSA tool on a consistent quarterly basis as this is critical for ensuring staffing of domain expertise on high-complexity projects.
  • Process Improvements – continuously assess and provide recommendations for improvement to resource management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Team

The Senior Resource Manager will be a member of the Resource Management Operations Team which is part of the Technical Services Operations team. The Technical Services Operations mission is to drive business partnership to enable seamless service delivery with foundational process and tooling, business insights, reporting, and drive continuous improvements across those areas.
