Job summary

A leading residential childcare provider in Salisbury is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to support young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). This permanent role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People’s Workforce. Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker

Location: Salisbury / New Forest

Salary: £14.90 per hour + £1,500 Welcome Bonus

Working Hour: 160 hours per month

Hourly Rate: £14.90

Number of Sleeps Required: 1

Pay Per Sleep: £65 per shift

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People (EBD, 7–17 years)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce

Experience in Years Required: 1 year

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care; this is not deemed equivalent.
  • Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
