Qualifications

• Postgraduate experience in Rail, Nuclear, Water and/or Environment.
• Line Management experience of Quantity Surveyors or Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
• Valid CSCS card with Water Hygiene Card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.
• Administer payment processes and forecasts.
