As a senior member of our transformation team, you will have a varied portfolio. This includes:

  • providing data and analytics expertise to a wide number of complex transformation projects
  • leading the workstream responsible for capturing benefits realisation
  • building data products that contribute directly to improved operational performance
  • ensuring the safe rollout of AI and digital tools

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

  • familiarity with data, automation, analytics and AI
  • proven expertise in programme and project management methodologies
  • strong analytical skills to interpret and present highly complex data
  • proven experience leading transformation or improvement programs within healthcare
  • a passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Working Pattern:37.5 hours/week Monday - Friday (Flexible/Hybrid working available)
