A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist for their General Surgery & Orthopaedics department in Hereford. You will lead pharmacy services and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Pharmacy, has strong clinical pharmacy experience, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £55,690 to £62,682 pa pro rata.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pharmacist with an interest in General Surgery & Orthopaedics. The post involves leading the provision of medicines optimisation to our General Surgery & Orthopaedic Directorate teams in a varied and dynamic division. The successful candidate will work closely with the ward based teams implementing the principles of the modern day ward round, using skills, knowledge and experience to directly impact on patient care.
