Senior PA/QA Engineer

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high‑quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non‑conformances and anomalies.
  • Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control.
  • Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre‑test, post‑test).
  • Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non‑conformances.
  • Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.
