What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:

  • Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent acrossantics multiple rooms.

  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
