Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in senior network support engineer positions with a SD-WAN focus.
• Must achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3/4 system support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Manage service lifecycle across deployments, ensuring adherence to ITIL principles.
• Support the integration of new services into the system using virtualisation and automation.
• Maintain configuration baselines, change control, and accurate documentation.
• Assist with physical assembly of system nodes and technical investigation.
• Support rapid deployment and configuration of system nodes.

Networking: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls

Windows & Intel (Wintel): Server administration, patching, troubleshooting

Virtualization: VMware vSphere, vCloud, NSX; Hyper-V; KVM

Education

HNC/HND or degree in engineering
