Overview

I am recruiting for a Senior .NET Developer to join a awesome tech for good software company operating in the healthcare field based in Exeter, operating a hybrid working model with two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, take ownership, and be involved in key decision-making, working with a tech stack focused on .NET and C#.
• You’ll join an experienced Agile Kanban team developing cloud-based software products that help millions of people across the UK.
• Engage in test-driven development, pair programming, and team collaboration; you’ll need to be comfortable with this way of working, though previous experience isn’t essential.
• Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements, scope solutions, analyse data, and deliver high-quality code, while helping to continually improve Agile processes, adopt best practices, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity. Candidates should be happy to use AI tools day-to-day, without relying solely on them.

Qualifications

• Experienced .NET developer who is confident taking on additional responsibility when needed.
• Comfortable with Agile as part of a Kanban team and with a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
• Willing to use AI tools day-to-day as part of the role, but not reliant on them exclusively.
