Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities Operations EMEA to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of Global Facilities Operations, you will oversee regional and local workplace teams across EMEA, ensuring excellence in facilities operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage EMEA facilities operations, vendor negotiations, and budgets across all regional office locations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations while enhancing workplace services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, People & Culture) to create policies and initiatives that promote employee well‑being and productivity.
  • Lead critical projects such as office upgrades, relocations, events, and onboarding support.
  • Coach and manage EMEA workplace teams to deliver on organizational goals through innovation and alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in workplace solutions, facilities, or similar roles with a focus on program management.
  • Experience managing distributed regional teams and overseeing office builds, relocations, or renovations.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor agreements.
  • Strong experience developing and managing budgets for large‑scale facilities operations.
  • Knowledge of EMEA health, safety, and building regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire global, multicultural teams.
  • Demonstrated passion for creating innovative solutions for employee experience and workplace culture.
