A leading urban regeneration company in Greater London is seeking an experienced individual to provide mechanical and electrical compliance oversight in residential environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in engineering management, possess relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering, and demonstrate effective leadership abilities. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering or hard-services delivery in high-end residential or mixed-use environments.
  • Proven ability to lead in-house teams and external contractors, maintaining compliance and service excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory systems (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER, building regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Provide M&E and compliance oversight for the retail/commercial units within residential buildings.
  • Ensure support for commercial occupiers on building infrastructure and emergency systems.
  • Act as a liaison for technical queries and planned works coordination.
