Job summary

A leading public transportation company is seeking an Advanced Engineer to join their Engineering team in Twickenham. You'll work a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, earning £28.28 per hour. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining buses, diagnosing faults, and ensuring safety. Qualifications include an NVQ level 3 or five years' experience with public service vehicles. Qualifications

• At least an NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 qualification in maintenance and repair.
• Five years experience in repairing and maintaining public service vehicles.
• PCV license desired; no current license can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buses.
• Investigating mechanical and electronic faults.
• Recording faults and repairs using a tablet.

Skills

NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 qualification

Experience in repair and maintenance of public service vehicles

Good standard of Maths and English

Ability to use fleet management technical systems
