A prominent UK executive search firm is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Executive to oversee a diverse range of events aimed at enhancing community engagement and brand reputation. This role involves end-to-end event management, including design, promotion, and delivery of memorable experiences. Ideal candidates will possess strong project management skills, experience engaging with senior stakeholders, and a passion for event marketing. This position offers a competitive salary of £34,000–£45,000 plus bonuses, with opportunities for hybrid working.

We are now looking for aSenior Events Marketing Executiveto grow our national programme of events, community activity and brand experiences. This is a critical role at the heart of our marketing, culture and growth strategy.
We run more than40 events a yearacross internal culture, external brand and sector communities — from large-scale candidate networking celebrations and leadership conferences to roundtables, webinars, awards and team experiences.
This role exists to take full ownership of the delivery of that programme.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team, consultants, operations and senior leaders across the business, shaping how Tile Hill is experienced in the market.
£34,000–£45,000 + bonus
Salary offered will reflect experience, skills and location. Some occasional travel across the UK to event locations, with occasional overnight stays will be required (all expenses will be covered by the business). We recognise that travel requirements can affect people differently and are happy to discuss and support individual needs.
