Overview

Location – Leeds (hybrid, 2–3 days a week in office).

Here’s a chance to step into a senior digital marketing role at a fantastic and growing healthcare business, where you’ll shape brand, growth and customer experience — with a special focus on building awareness and driving adoption of our flagship digital service/app.

You’ll join as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, leading a team of five to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns to grow the app’s user base and overall digital presence
  • Own digital growth channels – email, app-store optimisation, content, paid media, e-commerce, Amazon PPC, SEO, social and more
  • Shape the app and brand story, increasing awareness across UK and international markets
  • Manage, mentor and motivate a cross-functional marketing team and external agency partners
  • Use data and insights to refine customer journeys, test new channels, and maximise ROI
  • Lead on budget management, reporting and long-term marketing direction for digital products
  • Collaborate with product, tech, sales and customer service to ensure users remain front and centre
