Job description

This is a senior data engineering role within a capital markets–focused investment environment where data quality, governance, and scalability directly support trading, research, and portfolio decisions.

You’ll help design and build the next generation of data platforms — covering ingestion, processing, governance, and analytics — while working closely with investment teams and technology partners. The role balances hands-on engineering with architectural thinking and ownership.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing and maintaining cloud and on-prem data pipelines
• Building scalable ingestion, processing, and storage solutions
• Supporting and improving data governance, quality, and metadata frameworks
• Developing production-grade Python and SQL-based data solutions
• Partnering with investment, research, and analytics teams on data needs
• Supporting BI and reporting platforms used by business users
• Contributing to architecture decisions, reviews, and technical standards
• Mentoring engineers and helping shape the data engineering roadmap

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience building modern data platforms end to end
• Advanced Python and SQL skills in production environments
