We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer / Design Manager to lead our design vision and execution across all brand and marketing initiatives. We are looking to bring someone in a permanent contract, 4-days a week. This is an impactful leadership role for a senior-level designer who’s equally comfortable setting creative direction, executing best‑in‑class work, and mentoring a team. You’ll be the primary design authority and responsible for building design maturity within the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will combine strong creative leadership with hands‑on design skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. As a senior design leader in a small but growing team, they must be proactive, adaptable, and able to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
