The Impact:

Senior Program manager you'll play a pivotal role in designing, growing, and delivering impactful events across the region. This entails:

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the development of forward thinking and dynamic content for events managed with attention on attendee experience
  • Works with multiple functions to grow portfolio and deliver value to our business and the communities we engage.
  • Analyze and identify key industry trends to deliver engaging, commercial content
  • Secures the participation of high‑level speakers from industry, policy, academia and internal thought leaders (content and commercial)
  • Works with customer marketing to define target audiences and create communications materials that will drive registrations
  • Develops and deliver clear sponsorship and delegate briefs, ensuring commercial teams are fully equipped to position and sell the event effectively
  • Leads project meetings to ensure milestones, targets, and event objectives are met
  • Delivers the event on site, managing the program, speakers, and presentation room to ensure a high‑quality attendee experience
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3 years of experience in Conference/Event production
  • Knowledge in the energy & commodity sectors (Oil, Chemicals, Gas, Power, Metals and Agriculture)
  • Keen attention to detail and effective project management skills including the ability to manage competing deadlines with administrative organization and poise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Experience in event related platforms including Cvent, salesforce & slido.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross‑collaborative skills at all levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations and report writing.
  • Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.
  • Ability to travel to conferences up to 10% of time.
