# Senior community IV Therapy Nurse## Job Introduction**Senior Community IV Nurse - Band 6****Location - Swindon****Full time, 37.5 Hours per week**As a key member of our service, you will work both independently and collaboratively to provide specialist IV therapies and holistic support to patients in a variety of settings. You’ll deliver safe, effective care aligned with clinical policies and procedures, while contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring excellent patient experience.### **What you’ll do*** Deliver high-quality IV therapy and community nursing care tailored to individual patient needs* Work with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for delegated tasks from the lead clinician* Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and seamless service delivery* Provide support, guidance, and expertise to patients, families, and team members* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards and organisational policies### **Where you’ll work**Based in Swindon, you'll enjoy a varied role that includes:* Working within the clinic environment at the Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, and* Visiting and supporting patients in the comfort of their own homesWe are committed to building an agile, responsive workforce that can adapt to the needs of our community.
