Qualifications

• 5+ years’ client management experience in a reporting or corporate communications agency.
• Proven track record managing annual and sustainability reports.
• Strong understanding of print/digital production processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of annual and sustainability reports.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure creative and technical excellence.
• Act as the main client liaison, managing expectations and providing updates.
• Maintain project documentation including estimates and invoicing.
• Support and mentor junior account managers across projects.
