Qualifications

• Experience relevant to buildings, frameworks, structures, and foundations
• Full driving license required for travel
• Sound knowledge of NEC contracts preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise the civil delivery programme collaboratively
• Prepare a resourced programme and manage project documentation
• Conduct risk analysis and workshop planning

Skills

Experience on Civil Engineering and/or Construction projects

Use of planning software (P6, Microsoft Project)

Understanding of the commercial and contractual interfaces

Active experience in planning techniques
